Sue Saign is an experienced California family-law attorney and the founder of Saign Law, PC. She focuses her practice on family law and is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate difficult family-law matters with care, clarity, and strategy.
Sue graduated Valedictorian of her law school class while balancing her education, work, and raising her young son — an achievement that reflects the diligence, determination, and commitment she brings to her practice today.
She has experience handling complex and sensitive family-law matters, including cases involving child custody and domestic violence dynamics. Sue works closely with each client to pursue thoughtful, well-prepared resolutions tailored to their circumstances.
In addition to her practice, Sue has served as a law professor at Lincoln Law School of San Jose — a role that reflects her depth of legal knowledge and her ongoing commitment to the legal profession.
When Sue is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, singing, traveling, swimming, and serving her community.
